The photograph was published Dec. 20 on page A4, captioned to indicate it was made from Chena Ridge. Editors select such images for color appeal. However, this particular photograph is forensic evidence of a crime.
As the photo indicates, unidentified jet aircraft spray aerosol cargos while flying between 29,000-39,000 feet. Against the blue sky, the odd, white aerosol plumes are local effects of a global program devised by Edward Teller, ostensibly to artificially cool the planet by increasing its albedo.
Teller’s proposal specified nano-sized particles of reflective metals. Indeed, soil and water analysis finds aluminum, barium, copper, lead, manganese and strontium in the fallout. State of California soil and water monitoring shows high levels of these neurotoxins.
Jet engine exhaust produces contrails of ice crystals, formed in the sub-zero upper atmosphere. Within seconds to minutes, contrail ice sublimates to water vapor and disappears. SRM plumes don’t disappear. They spread out laterally, persisting for hours as semi-opaque layers. Multiple passes over a region reduces solar gain 20 percent to 35 percent. Duration aloft varies from hours to days. After heavy spraying, California ERs report spikes of respiratory distress.
Health-conscious Americans’ questions are stonewalled or demeaned, even though the audacious program is an open secret in Congress. Research dates SRM (also called geo-engineering or chemtrails) to the mid-1990s and earlier. Meanwhile, official denial covers blatant gaps in ethics and accountability, not to mention informed consent. SRM is an illegal activity with unknown risks and consequences.
Adding insult to injury, former Sen. Mark Begich’s older brother, Nick, is an authority on the phenomenon. Nick Begich writes books and speaks internationally about SRM. And yet, in six years as a member of the most powerful club in the world, Sen. Begich failed to address constituent alarm about solar radiation management. Irony describes the situation, leaving a confused silence until now.
